As a new Auntie or Uncle, you will attend an in-house induction where we talk you through our welcome pack to ensure you fully understand our expectations. We will guide you to the relevant certified training to improve upon your existing skills and experience in order to ensure you are the perfect fit for our clients.
Dedication, enthusiasm and people skills are more important than previous experience when it comes to working with us. We need your passion and knowledge, but you must also be articulate, reliable, compassionate, have a professional attitude, are self-motivated and proactive enough to do a great job.
We can offer you the choice of a PAYE contract or, if you are self-employed, Artisan Aunties can manage the payment process on behalf of you and your clients.
